MDF Infra B.V. operates the MDF Infra mobile application. This privacy policy explains how we handle information when you use our app.
The app is intended exclusively for employees and contractors of MDF Infra B.V. If you are not an authorized user, please do not attempt to access the application.

Authentication & Access
- Access is restricted to authorized personnel with a Microsoft account linked to MDF Infra
- Authentication is handled through Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO)
- We do not store your Microsoft credentials

- Application data is stored on Microsoft Azure infrastructure (PostgreSQL databases)
- File attachments are stored in Azure Storage Accounts
- Application logs are maintained in our Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) cluster using Loki
- All data is stored within secure, enterprise-grade Microsoft Azure environments

Access to your data is limited to:
- C-level management of MDF Infra B.V.
- Implementation partner Sensey B.V. (for technical support and maintenance)

- Microsoft Azure (authentication, database hosting, file storage)
- No third-party analytics or advertising services are used

Data Retention
- Work-related data is retained as required for business and legal purposes
- Local preferences remain on your device until you uninstall the app
